We hold a Texas Electrical Contractor license (TECL 34187) and a Texas HVAC Contractor license, Class A (TACLA 103455C).
Carrying both means our clients coordinate one contractor instead of refereeing two — and when electrical and mechanical scope collide, it gets resolved in-house instead of in a change order.
We work both sides of the market: service and replacement for homeowners, and estimating through closeout for general contractors and owners.

We estimate our own work
The person who runs the takeoff is the person who manages the job. That closes the gap between what was priced and what gets built.
We read the whole set
Drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules, risers, one-lines, and every general and keyed note. Then we cross-check drawings against specs. Conflicts and gaps go on an RFI list before the bid — not after.
We tell you what’s excluded
Every bid states exclusions, assumptions, and clarifications explicitly. No one likes surprises at buyout, including us.
We build it to pass
NEC compliance and City of Houston / AHJ requirements are the baseline, not the goal. We build it to pass inspection the first time.
